Complaint Review: Joe Flores from Puerto Rico and Houston Texas - Houston, Spring, Lajas, San Juan, Rincon Texas, Puerto Rico, California, New Jersey, Connecticut

I know this man. He is a homosexual. I have had on and off sexual relations with him for years. Perhaps he is abusive to women because he hates his homosexuality. What a disappointment that he abandoned his children. He is really fake, I can attest to this. Pretends to be the happiest person in the world. I don't know how you can be so happy if you are repressing who you really are.

Jose "Joe" Flores is living in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.  Everything you've read in this ripoff report is 100% truth. He sexually assaulted a family member on multiple occassions. It was a long time ago, but he was old enough to know better. He was supposed to be babysitting and protecting this family member when he would STARVE HER until she performed oral sex on him. She was 10, he was 16. She has now told her family, but I still am not going to name what relation she is to that Devil to protect her. There are not FOUR women willing to testify against Joe, and three "potentials" to testify. Clearly, this man is a sexual predator. He spoke of his young stepdaughters as having "beautful bodies", which is highly inappropriate considering they were CHILDREN and he was a fat, grown man. 

What's shocking about this entire situation is that you would NEVER suspect him of being this way. Joe is - HANDS DOWN - the friendliest, nicest man you would ever want to meet. Very helpful, charming, funny and fun-loving, pretends to give you the world ... but behind closed doors, he is a monster.  He will love bomb women in the beginning, making them feel so happy to have finally found a "nice guy" but as time goes on. the curtains drop, and the abuse starts.  Slowly at first, but the abuse grows and grows over time until the woman finds herself being slapped, punched, pushed, screamed at, etc. And he turns everyone else AGAINST that woman by calling her crazy, a liar, a drug addict, etc. But the truth is, it's ALL JOE.

He will show up at your house at dinner time because he's hungry and expects people to feed him, he "LOVES" these women because he has nowhere else to go, he "works for himself" but that means he doesn't have a job - OR IF HE GETS A JOB, he will quit or be fired soon and live off of whoever he can.

If you're skeptical, research all of this. This is public record. He hasn't filed taxes in maybe 10 years, he owes all three of his children's mothers money, EVERYTHING is researchable. I pray the next woman isn't as stupid as the rest were.

 Jose "Joe" Flores - it's all coming out now. He is a sexual predator. He raped at LEAST one of his ex-girlfriends and it's just been brought to light that he sexually assaulted (RAPED) a member of his own family!! I will NOT divulge who as it is not my information to share, and to protect her privacy. But let's just say it's DISGUSTING. So there are at least THREE WOMEN NOW who validate this information. This is all coming out now, and his immediate family will be made aware of this very soon. Stay tuned to find out if they support this piece of s**t and continue to allow him to hideout, or what. Living like a cockroach he is down in Puerto Rico.

I know this guy I used to work with him. When he first went into business for himself he was able to do that because him and a guy named Kerly Garcia stole all the equipment and computers from the company he was working for (Liberman Broadcasting). He stole computers, cameras, editing software, everything he needed. 

This guy is a total scumbad. I'm not surprised he did this. I know his last wife, I worked with her. She's a good woman. I'm glad he left her because she could do so much better than this a*****e. She's gorgeous.

He is definitely in Puerto Rico. His location has been found. He is - AS USUAL - living off of people until he finds another poor, unususpecting woman to lie to. This guy is a PIECE OF GARBAGE. He literally said "f*** my kids" - all FIVE of them.

He has had MULTIPLE paternity cases filed against him!! He now has SEVERAL children he doesn't acknowledge, some are in Puerto Rico, and some are here in the states. He is DISGUSTING. Rumor has it he might be in FLORIDA, too. He will do ANYTHING to hide from his responsibility!!!

Another story: he borrowed thousands of dollars from his oldest son. When his son needed some money back, he asked his father (Joe) for just a little (not even the whole amount) and Joe BLEW UP at him and told him: "I didn't ask to be your father! I never got paid to take care of you! Y

ou should be paying me back for when I took care of you!!" WHAT KIND OF PIECE OF SH*T SAYS THIS TO THEIR OWN CHILD?? The same man who never paid child support and walked away from all five of his kids, that's who!! He is a total scumbag!!

He might be in North Carolina now too. And he is an awful person. Very fony and fake but he thinks everyone believes that he is so happy and nice and professional and helpful. His whole family supports his behavior because they believe his lies. If he has beat and abandoned woman after woman after woman, who is to blame? Not the women!!
