I had an Insurance policy for Medical and Life with JC Penny. I also had my mother insured for Medical. When she past away in the Hospital from a heart attact. I called JC Penny to cancel the policy. I was told by one of there agent that my Mother also had Life insurance. I didn't know this, I only signed for Medical. You know there billing is always in code, I just paid the bill.

Well as you guess, their found some way not to pay the $50,000.00 policy. JC Penny said she was uninsureable!! After two years of having my Mother on this policy, and there also said I signed for it. That means to me there sent me the wrong paper to sign. So for two years my mother was uninsureable? My mother never had any kind of heart attach before, not even a small one. So anyone with these off brand insurance for yourself or your family memebers, don't buy into them.

These type of small time company, only want your money as long as you paid. So when the time come for them to own up to the policy these company will find a grey area to not honor the policy you been paying. Here you are thinking you cover, cause they giving you the false impression of having your family taking care of. If the unthinkable happen. Don't believe it!
