James Mai goes by several AKA's: Jim Win, Asian Vengeance. James Mai is married to Niki Mai and lives in Irvine. He pretends to be a anti- Asian Hate activist and even has a nonprofit called AAPI United. He also owns a company called Bristol Bates.
James Mai was in internet chat room bragging he vandalizes Indian Restaurant. He say they charge too much. He is well known but has sinister background. He is affiliated with hate sites in internet that spew racist and vile comments. James Mai has permanent get out of jail free card because he has many important friends including the Orange County DA, Todd Spitzer.
We, the Hindu Community believe the vandal must be arrested and imprisoned until he learns not to make criminal damage. He cannot resolve disputes calmly, but instead resorts to violence. He target Indian restaurant because the owners are Hindu.
In one specific incident he boasted of decapitating a cow and throwing its head outside an Indian restaurant. Then he says he smeared the cow blood all over door and windows. This made him laugh because the Hindu owner of the Indian restaurant was so terrified, he refunded all the money.
So James Mai eats and drinks for free by terrorizing Indian restaurants. He hides behind "philanthropy" but lives a dark secret life. Beware and if you see him coming lock doors. Do not argue with this man, he is violent, its better to call 911.

#JamesandNikiMai live in Irvine at 4852 Barkwood Avenue. #JamesMai is a public figure per his own social media pages: His Twitter profile is @jimmai and his Instagram is @jamesmai @nikimai @ethanjamesmai @asianvengeance. James Mai confessed to law enforcement of committing a #Hinduphobic #HateCrime.
He is now doxxing and cyber bullying the witness to the Hate Crime HE committed. Notice how the "Rebuttal" person fails to give their name ! Ask James Mai why he feels the need to attack the lady who reported him. Finally, its false that she is a "Fugitive". Thats a complete lie. Please forward this comment to James and Niki Mai so they are aware the doxxing victim will sue them. - Chiara

I am a business associate of James Mai. I can attest to the fact that he runs a legitimate charity and has make a huge impact in the Asian-American community. Since 2021, he has been relentlessly harassed by an individual who became laser focused on him after he refused to use his position to support political groups & certain candidates.
James Mai has not committed any vandalism. In fact, when an investigation was launched into this individual Named Bettina Lorton or Bakrania or Cameron (along with about 10 other aliases), it was found she, in fact, was accused of vandalism by the Irvine company after they claim she defacated and smeared feces in the pool and surrounding area at San Marcos apartments in Irvine. (Case# 8:22-CV-01220-JVS)
In court documents the apartment manager claims video shows Bettina Bakrania was the only one in the pool at that time & she is seen on video kicking feces in the pool. In addition to this, Bettina was also noted to constantly be harassing & reporting neighbors for not wearing masks in the pool area & harassing property management relentlessly.
Bettina does not work, nor does she remember the last time she worked. She receives section 8 housing assistance despite the fact that she has previous cases in the state of Florida for public assistance fraud. According to recent court records in the city of Newport Beach, Bettina has a warrant out for her arrest & is listed under a "fugitive” status. (See case#HF221307 at OCCourts.org)
Since early 2022, Bettina claims Mr. Mai is being investigated by the FBI and on later dates, the CA Attorney General. To date, Mr Mai has not been contacted by anyone wanting information about him, any supposed hate crime or about the status or financials related to his charity or personal business. Mr.
Mai is the victim of a very disturbed individual. Despite the harassment, he continues to do what he does best, support his community and work to fight hate against Asian-Americans.
