James H. Cooke Jr. was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1977 and apparently no employment background check was not conducted on this individual. in accordance to a criminal report, he have been charged with numerals criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felonies charges from 1983 to the present time (2019).

James H. Cooke Jr. may be loved by the judges in Fayetteville, NC, but his professional conduct is questioner for so many wrong reasons, including instructing his clients not to follows the laws. He has many nagative complaints on social media and on the criminal justice system. I do not understand how is that COOKE can be allow to practice any laws in North Carolina, he should be Disbar and/or behind Bars.

Honestly, you have no idea what you're talking about.  I've listed factual reasons why the situation is what it is, and all you offer is that in your opinion, he did wrong.  You even lied about his background.  Well, your attorney doesn't think he did anything wrong, otherwise your attorney could file against the bar and have him brought up for sanctions.  If you don't have an attorney, then you're simply wasting your time posting here because you know nothing.

Here is all you need to remember:  You are wrong, and you have always been wrong.  If you ever forget that, then loook in a mirror and keep repeating what I just boldfaced and underlined.  Keep repeating it until it gets through your head.  Understand?

I already reported this James H. Cooke Jr. To the High Court, North Carolina State Bar and other agency. It is the duty of any citizens to report any wrong doing. Now it will up to them, not up to any public opinion.

Lawyers are by definition officers of the court.  They cannot allow anyone to break the law, even another attorney.  If you think the opposing attorney broke the law, then it is up to your attorney to pursue that matter.  If your attorney broke the law, then it would be up to the opposing attorney to report that to the court.  Believe me, people who pass the bar do take their commitments to the law seriously, not just to themselves, but to one another.

If you think an attorney broke the law, then you are wrong.  Keep repeating this to yourself over and over until you understand it.  This is the reason no one is taking you seriously.  Understand?

When yu have an attorney that does not respcet the laws and advised his client to brake it, constetute unprofessional conducts and unethical behavior. If is okay with all of you having a lawyer with all kinds of criminal charges and represent you, your are saying not much about yourself ethical background.

My moral are high and no matter how cheap the lawyer fees are I will never hired such person to represent me, but it sound to me that you are okay with that. What a shame situation you have in your town where only the powerful can get away with murder and represent other to do the same. You must be a friend and/or another lawyer with the same background of James H. Cooke Jr.

You sound alike his mother or lover, deformation of character is a civil matter and Mr. Cooke know that he is guilty of my claim. He can try to go legally after me and so of I. As the reason I posted my comments was because the public and the leadership in the criminal justice system in Fayetteville North Carolina needs to know that no one is above the LAW.

Let me guess - you lost your custody case or divorce case so now you want to blame the lawyer. Pretty pathetic. And FYI learn how to spell. Oh and please provide proof of these "crimes" he has committed because if you cannot then you are submitting false information which entitles him to sue you for slander.

...was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1977 and apparently no employment background check was not conducted on this individual.  I'm assuming you're trying to say that he had no employment background check.  I guess for starters, (a) someone accepted to the Bar doesn't need an employment background check, and (b) if he were to get a background check, then it would be from the law firm that hires him.

he have been charged with numerals criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felonies charges from 1983 to the present time (2019).  Yeah, I did a check on him and that information is false as well.

The problem is that you're in a family court situation.  Family court cases are emotional, they are hard to judge, and from the outsider, they sound very subjective.  However, what is generally true about family court cases generally have one loser in a case, and that loser sounds like you.  Most family court case losers like to blame the opposing attorney for their issues.  That's too simple.  Did he do anything illegal?  If he did, then your attorney should have said something about it.  In all likelihood, he didn't.

....may be loved by the judges in Fayetteville, NC... Judges don't like attorneys with criminal backgrounds.  It is time to accept defeat and move on.
