I purchased a DVD from this person in Dec 2003 and it was received beginning of January 2004. The dvd wasnt compatible with my dvd player so i sent it back on January 15th, 2004. This person's auction stated she will refund when item returned. It has been since January 15th and no refund has been sent back to me! I have contacted Ebay to settle this, she would not respond to Ebay. I have sent countless emails to her and have not gotten a response. She is practicing bad business since she stated she would refund however she isnt!!
