J R COMPUTER OUTLET took $170.00 for lap-top repair - did not repair or return computer and will not talk to me. maineville, Ohio
Contacted this company for computer repair and they said they could do it on-line for a fast fix.
Said ok and paid $170.00.
They could not fix the problem and said to send them my lap- top for in shop repair and i did. Two weeks later i called the see how they were doing and they said they were working on it and would get back to me soon.
I called again (after not hearing from them) on a weekly basis for the next three weeks and got the same response. Last week when i called Ron Deniscola swore at me and slammed the phone down. This is the worst company i have ever been associated with and i still don't have my lap top back and i'm afraid that when/if i ever do what it will be like stay away from this company!!!
