In July I saw on TV and purchase the "HD Mirror Cam" in July 2018 via automatic 888-576-2538 number. First sign, there might be a problem is after I place the order I was told It take 2 weeks to get the camera because there was a backlog. Second problem, on arrival the HD Mirror Cam would not come on, call customer service and they walk me through how to reset it, took 45 minutes and numbous attempt.
Throughout the end of July through August call them 5 time with the same problem it would start than stop recording. September same problem by now I was through, call them ask for a return label, follow their return instructions put the camera back in it original package return it via FedX on September 18, call them gave the tracking number per their direction.
I was told it will 7-10 business days for my full refund to be mail out. Wait!! I use my debit card please put it back on my card! I was told by Carlo that they had a new system so they couldn't transfer it back on to my card but "Rest Assure, you will get it in 7-10 day." Not only did InvenTel customer service Carlo lied so did Stephanie after I file a complaint with New Jersey BBB on October 9, 2018. Stephanie told the BBB on October 16 and 24, 2018 that she mail the check out.
It is now November 2, 2018, I still have not received my money back from this scamming company.

Finally since September 21, 2018 I have been trying to get back my money from this company, after filing on October 9, 2018 with the New Jersey BBB and the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Office who tried to help me this company lied about my refund that it was in the mail never received it. BUT! When I posted on your WebSite on November 2, 2018 , your site got me results today November 13,2018 I received my money from this company. Thank you for this forums that help consumers and keep us safe from unscrupulous company like InvenTel Tell Products LLC. Sandra
