Personal experience has taught me that Interland Web Hosting does not care about their customers. They advertise 24/7 Free technical support but if you report your problems outside of 9-5 business hours Mon-Fri you won't get a response to your problem.

If you call you only get an answering machine. They boast 99.9% uptime guarantee or that month is free. Let me tell you if that were the case I would not have paid for a single month, but I have! Every single month!

Their tech support staff is barely knowlegable in their positions, and they will not report back to a customer with their solutions to your problem. Most of the time they simply ignore your help requests, hoping the problem will "go away".

Numerous messages to the tech support staff, supervisors, even the supposed board of directors has resulted in silence or half

attempts to "find out what the problem is".

If you are looking for a web host, I recommend you steer clear of these shams!

Have been with Verizon DSL and Web/Email hosting now for nine months. EMail support is nonexistent. The only way I have ever spoken to a person there has been when I have called Verizon sales which sold me the "Verizon" service as a single package not a collection of unrelated services by separate organizations with separate phone numbers. Interland is one of them (domain email). I have probably made more than one-hundred calls, all reaching only an answering machine -- and I believe there was one call back even alleging to return the answering machine call. Odds are that the one call was really responding to complaints I put in through the Verizon sales department. I would be very interested inparticipating in a class action suit.
