Well, we worked for innovative facillities solutions starting April 24, 2013. They contacted us about a contract to work on there air conditioning
Everything was fine at first. Qfter about a month we where having to resubmit our innvoices and bids because they list them in there email or it was never delivered. They claim to pay after 45-60 days after submittal of an approved work invoice. We got our first check for 600$ witch was about 2000 $ short the next chexk they admittedly mail to a company not in georgia with our same company name. Supposedly. After 90 days of working for Innovative Facilities Solutions. We had recieved 3 checks totaling 3, 000.00 $. Our company
Is holding 35, 000. $ in invoices that are over 120 days old. They have told us everything in the book. From it will be mailled friday to your invoice numbers are wrong, to the girl that was doing the paperwork that your company turned in didnt do it correctly. As I said they do not pay there debts to subcontractors. Advance auto parts was a customer of there's. Advance auto has stoped doing all but the pm work with innovative due to the paperwork issues. The pm work is under a contract with innovative. We worked on several of there contracts and for several of there customers and the payment issue is not a result of the customer but of innovative as a whole. Ifs doesnot pay there subcontractors. Point blank. We did high quality work at an affordable price and are not being paid. This will see all possible legal channels.
