Imperial Outdoor Living Delays, no customer service, bad product Rancho Cucamonga California
We ordered an outdoor kitchen from Imperial Outdoor Living on Mother's Day weekend, May 13, 2006. We were promised delivery in 8 weeks.
We received our outdoor kitchen on Oct. 2, almost 20 later! And this was after a barrage of phone calls, none of which were ever returned. The kitchen arrived with the wrong color tile and we were shorted our burner. They told us that they would not replace the tile and that the burner was on backorder.
Now, 6 weeks later, I am being told that I may recieve the burner this calendar year. This has been a nightmare! We paid in full for this kitchen, more than $6000
