IGoAir, USA Travel services LLC FRAUD! Agent fee was equal to cost of tickets Marina del Rey California
This company is basically a ticket scalper. I thought I was dealing with United Airlines. I asked repeatedly if I was dealing with United Airlines and I was repeatedly told that yes, it was UAL. I was also told that there were only a few tickets available and were booking quickly. Then, I was told that if I didn't book that day the cost would go up. So, after all that pressure, I purchased the tickets - $126.30 x 2. Then today, while viewing my bank statement, I learned that the agent fee was $246. This was total FRAUD!
