SCREW JOB NUMBER 168

Dont buy from this company! I wasted $649.00 on a lemon computer that 168Club refuses to replace.

It is a Celeron 466 and I thought it was a steal when I bought it but I quickly found out, you get what you pay for. Right out of the box it didnt work.

I had to press the reset button for 10 minutes before it would boot up. It worked fairly well for about a month with occasional lockups that became more frequent. By that time I was beyond the 30 day return so I was consigned to getting it fixed rather than getting a refund.

I sent it back to 168Club twice and both times it came back in worse shape than when I sent it in. The RMA and tech support acknowlege that there is a problem but they will not replace this lemon computer for a working one.

I got burned but hopefully this note will keep others from experiencing the same thing. I am letting 168Club know Ive posted this review, Ill do a similar review on every ratings site on the Internet.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I let them know this also and they are not concerned!
