To whom it may concern,
Let me begin by saying that there will probably never be a way to
resolve this complaint in this letter or to who ever the individual may be that submitted it. I would like to, but it is just impossible without more information.
I became aware of this complaint 8/24/00. If the person that made this complaint would contact me with some more details then perhaps it could be resolved or if they would have contacted
when ever it took place I may have been able to help.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me or any one of my staff.
I don't believe in leaving issues unresolved if at all possible.
We have e-mailed the victim to contact the dealer. We will post any update.
