Household Mortgage rip-off! Dishonest fraudulent billing! Brandon Florida
Last sept. 2003 we refinanced our home with southstar funding within a month our loan was sold to household mortgage service. I was never late on my loan but i thought to make things simple for me I would get set up on their ez pay plan. they draft $310.00 on the 5th and 310 on the 20th of each month this has been done like this since feb. 2004. In Aug. I started getting the calls from household telling me I was a half of a payment behind.
2 weeks ago they are telling me I'm 3 months behind now, this I don't understand because we are on the ez pay plan. my bank called to inform me in aug. i had a draft on the 5th and 23rd another on the 27th and sept. 7th and 10th.so now figure the draft on the 10th was NSF and sent back to them..this messed me up big time in my checking.
They now tell me we have been taken off the ez pay and now we have to pay 659.00 on the 28th of sept. Nothing was ever applied right and now they say they may take our home. we have no rights.I work very hard I Don't ask for anything for free I Pay my bills just like everyone else that is now having to deal with household mortgage, there has to be someone out there who can help us and tell us what to do before we loose our home. This is not fair.
