Hotel Reservation Network HRN nothing but a big travel rip-off terrible customer service and deceptive business practices
HRN is the Hotel Reservation Network, ostensibly the largest internet hotel reservation system.
Beware this company: it has a track record of terrible customer service and deceptive business practices. Try Encarta or Priceline instead, but dont use HRN unless you wanna get screwed for at least $50.00 (their cancellation fee -- and they will cancel you from a hotel room even if you didnt want to cancel, charge you the fee, then re-sell the room to another party).
