Homeside Lending Inc consumer fraud ripoff San Antonio Texas
My Mortgage was assumed by Homeside Lending over three years ago. They have made this three years of emotional hell. This could be pages but I will condense it for you.Homeside has lost payments, returned payments, deposited payments in the wrong accounts and all the while tried to foreclose based on these lost payments.
After 10 trips to court and much expense to prove payments, I finally had my day in court. On August 29,2002 we appeared before the Catawba County Clerk of Court in Newton, N.C. Both sides presented its case and the Clerk of Court DENIED the foreclosure and placed Homeside Lending under a $60,000.00 bond if they want to appeal her decision.
This week I have written to Congressmen, Senators, Attorney Generals, Dept. Of Justice, Govenors, 20\20 T.V. show, 60 Minutes TV show, and Homeside Lending. This is so unbelievable that they can get by with this for so long. Lets flood the Media to bring this type of ripoff to an end..NOW!!!
