Not working, still have my house, please let me in on class action .....
I have had Homeside as my lender for 5 years and have battled them for four of those years to keep my house due to lost payments by homeside.
I have been to court 14 times fighting foreclosure and have won each and every time. Most recent, I went before the clerk of court in Catawba Co. and after the clerk denied foreclosure, she informed Homeside that they would have to post a 60,000.00 bond in order to appeal. This was on Aug. 29,2002.
An appeal and bond was posted by Homeside and we were to appear in Superior court on Oct. 28,2002. The day before the hearing, Homeside took a voluntary dismissal.
In 1998 I owed 78,000.00 on a 130,000.00 home. I have since made 50 payments totaling over 33,000.00, yet now my payoff is 96,500.00. Not only has my 78,000.00 balance not dropped with the 33,000.00 in payments, its actually increased by 16,000.00.
I have recently filed formal complaints with: Fla. aaty. general, Dept. of Justice, U>S> Atty. General, all congressmen and Senators in N.C., Fl, and Texas. I have had great response from all of these offices and they have really worked on Homeside for me.
Please include me in any class action lawsuits.

You said you've had good responses from various government contacts you've made concerning the problems with Homeside. I have not. I had contacted the Florida State A.G. who forwarded my complaint to the Florida State banking dept. They requested a response from HSL. In the response their AZ attorney, Rex Anderson, boldly lied. Florida accepted their excuses and the case was dropped. Please provide names and any contact info you have for the people who have been helpful to you. Thanks!
