Dear Mr. President,
This doesn't make any sense. I mean how the Government - ie. Veterans Administration Julie leonard (800) 933-5499 ext. 3143 - VA loan # 141460810445, can allow this corrupt company HSL/NAB aka Washington Mutual Bank to continue to do this to citizens.
Our 1st attorney Mr Ed Pontifex (757) 518-8900 dropped the ball. Our new attorney Mr. Robert Roussos (757) 622-3523 seems to be no better. It almost seems as if these officers of the court are influenced by HSL's multi billion dollar porfolio vs the day to day or even paycheck to paycheck living porfolio of the average working people. I am a veteran of the US Airforce 1978-1982. I am currently an active duty veteran Police Officer.
We need to find an aggressive or experienced attorney so that we can hold VP Barry Bogg (800) 827-7022, Accountant Supervisor Ms. Wolfe (800) 342-7581 and Executive Officer Demetries Blackshear (904) 443-2085 employees of Homeside Lending aka Washington Mutual Bank and their attroney Christine Patterson (757) 687-8777 to account. One would figure that with all the news on CNN about Enron, Quest, Anderson and even Martha Stewart and how they cheated people out of their homes, pensions and savings that the government or even a smart attorney would have enough circumstancial evidence to bring some sort of pressure to bear on HSL. And with the recent lawsuits by various states Attorney Generals around the country for millions of dollars in monetary compensation to their respective customers that these CEO's would get the lesson.
We are just stumped at why this is stalled at this point. Admittedly we were struggling with this mortgage because of the death of my Mom and the final expenses. They took advantage of our circumstances. (HSL/NAB) made a false claim regarding my account [loan # 17237217], forced us out of our home, we took them to court, the Honorable Judge Adams ruled that HSL made a mistake, our 1st attorney Mr. Pontifex, who mislead us into Chapter 13 protection was also admonished by the judge for not representing us properly as recorded in the court transcripts. And now, though we agreed to mediate under the auspices of the court by Mr.Robert B. Van Arsdale (757) 441-6790 for case # 00-72243, HSL is placed in a position where they can stall for some 14 months now using high powered attorneys and legal technicalities.
What about corporate ethics and doing the right thing. CEO's are out of touch with their customers. Why wage a war against the citizens of the United States. If CEO's would prove to the citizens of the US that they are accountable and willing to do the right thing by there customer or investors then this mis guided war against US would be seen for what it is - anti-American, anti-Integrity, anti-Free Enterprise and EVIL.
We were forced to relocate to an underdeveloped area of SC USA. As an active Police Officer I fear for the safety of my family. We need to find a resolution and allowed to move back in our home which is sitting unoccuppied in Virginia USA and allowed to fall in to dis-array. We are asking for a reasonable monetary compensation equal to the Life Altering Inconveniences caused by HSL actions.
This stonewaling by HSL aka Washington Mutual Bank is being done to intentionally send a message to US citizens that money [even if by corrupt means talks]. I and my family refuse to believe this of our Government nor the Australian Government. Especially after witnessing the the Righteous and Just war against an Evil leadership in Iraq. My children have learned that when Good vs Evil - God's righteousnes and strength ensures that evil loses. Though HSL and NAB have gone there seperate ways, at the time of this scam the NAB was HSL parent company in Australia. We need your help now. Please!

I am Robert Roussos, who is referred to as the Knight's new attorney. I was never influenced in any way by HSL nor its multi billion dollar portfolio. I am not going to defend the actions of HSL other than to say that things are not always as they seem. The property was vacated by the Knights, but it did not exactly fall into disrepair. Some one helped that disrepair along.
The Knights were represented by me in mediation, which was the limited scope of my representation. I never charged or received a fee from the Knights or anyone else, and my goal was to see if I could get a just settlement through the mediation process for the Knights. The mediation was very succesful insofar as the Knights received a substantial monetary offer which they declined to accept. They were then left to their normal remedies through the legal system, including the right to pursue HSL in court.
The legal system may be imperfect but it is not designed to exact revenge, only to do justice. If you want more than justice, then you should look elsewhere. Buy lotto tickets if you want a windfall, do not engage in a lawsuit with exaggerated allegations.
