STAY AWAY! LET KEITH BARR KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY! Keith Barr , the CEO of IHG is a great man , he is trying his best to keep Holiday Inns top notch hotels, BUT , if Keith Barr only knew about this particular Holiday Inn off commerce road in Richmond ( 4303 Commerce Road , Richmond VA) , if he only knew that the manager of this particular location is a crook and a criminal. I booked a room last night through priceline.com , who charged me for the room right away.

Upon my arrival, a lady at the front desk asks for my credit card even though she could clearly see that I had already been charged through Priceline.com. She tells me she is ONLY going to charge $25 for incidentals and that I will see those same $25 back on my card the following day when I check out. She gives me room 413. I was with my 10 year old son. My son and I went to sleep and woke up the next day , we checked out at 9:30am, and upon our arrival in Washington DC , I look at my online bank account to see that the $25 for incidentals was indeed put back in my card after my checking out ,.

BUT ..the wretched front desk girl for unknown reasons , had charged my card $87.33 yesterday when I had first checked in and after her telling me she would only charge $25 for incidentals. I was going to call my bank first, but following proper etiquette , I called the merchant ( Holiday Inn , Commerce Rd) to ask WHY? Why was I charged the $87.33. The same fumbling girl answered the phone , she can barely speak English , her name is Pertweeet or something like that , and they have her at the front desk dealing with customers ..she was not able to answer the WHY she had charged my card the day before, 2pm , for $87.33,.so she instead routes my call to a manager. If you think it was hard to understand Mrs Pertweet, it was close to impossible to make out the managers English. That’s ok I thought , I’m going to work through this.

I just need 1 question answered. WHY did Mrs Pertweet charge my card the day before , 2pm, for $87.33 when priceline.com had already charged me $75 for the room. I wish Mr Keith Barr can later listen to how this conversation went. The manager , and I don’t know what else to call him because he REFUSED to give me his name , very rude and belligerent from the start, told me " I’m the manager , you don’t need to know me name!” ....This so called manager , this guy ..was not able to answer my question either ..WHY the $87.33 charge ? Instead he continues being rude and says " ok it’s going back to your card , you will see it " Thats when I say " Why are you talking to me so rudely ? I’m the one who should be upset, if I wanted to be bad about this I could just go to my bank and charge this amount back , I just want to know WHY I was charged this and your failing to explain it .

This guy BLEW UP and yells at me " GO AHEAD , IM GOING TO NOW CHARGE YOUR CARD AGAIN!” Consumers beware !! This CRIMINAL , instead of answering my question of WHY my card was charged $87.33 ,...HE ANGRILY STARTS CHARGING MY CARD AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN,. he makes YET another charge of $87.33 , and then charges $62.87 - 12:54pm , $87.33 - 12:55pm, $350 12:55pm and $278-12:55pm. I ONLY STAYED 1 night , and had already checked out at 9:30am!! The $25 incidental fee had already been returned to me ..I’m over 100 miles away from this dirty wretched hotel , and being charged a total of $866 more , through 5 fraudulent transactions , made by A MANAGER WITH NO NAME AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN RICHMOND !! Yes I called the police ! Yes I called holiday inn corporate !

Yes I want to file a lawsuit! Any attorney reading this , please know these people have RUINED my thanksgiving weekend , I have spent the last 8 hours driving back and forth to Richmond , to call the police , and file a report , calling my bank , and speaking to holiday Inn corporate .....my son and I were going to go Black Friday shopping today , and instead my account has $866.70 less then it should because of this non English speaking criminal who Holiday Inn somehow has given authority to charge customer credit cards as he wishes!

Henidh Shah Is the name of the manager, he is the Criminal who commited fraud !

 From the police report and investigation , (Richmond Police Report # 201811230316) I learned that the name of the hotel manager who commited these fraudulent transactions is Henidh Shah.
