I called about a defective dishwasher. Yes its out of manufacture warranty but i did purchase an extended warranty from HH Gregg. i fully explained the error code and what is was doing. When the Affordable Appliance Repair showed up with just a portfolio and screwdriver i was taken back that he didn't have parts to fix the problem just to diagnose it and said an additional 7 to 10 business days are needed to get the parts.
He claims that this is how they operate so now im sitting with a non functional dishwasher.
