I bought this printer about 1.5 years ago. It cost about $200...the ink cartridges cost about $130! The printer was extremely confusing and time consuming to set up. About 6 months after using the printer only 3 times, the cartridges had totally run out of ink!

The company customer service number tried to sell me more stuff when I called to report it had no ink in printer. They told me the cartridges actually have to be stored in plastic bags when not in use.

Now the printer stopped printing right after warranty ended. This is after I've only used the printer 3 times!! No technical or online customer service support is working after spending hours on those sites.  The phone support has ended unless I want to pay a fee. 

Recently i bought a new black ink cartridge which cost about $50. I wanted to print a black only document but the printer says It's out of ink. No tech support online is helping.

Bottom line: $365 dollar spent in total on printer and cartridges to only get 3 small print jobs done and a broken printer.
