Hewlett Packard sent me an unsolicited offer to extend the warranty on my latop for which I already had an extended warranty. Their offer was better so I cancelled my existing warranty and went with theirs. Now a month later they don't wnt to honor the warranty without one claim for support being submitted. All they want to do is offer me a refund of the purchase price leaving me with no warranty. Poor bussiness practice to say the least.

HP has just informed me that it will honor it's sale of the extended warranty.
