They say there is a warranty, but it is an unattainable warranty that they did not honor for me.

They make it unbearable to try and get your faulty ink cartridge replaced. I spent almost 2 hours trying very unsuccesfully to get my ink cartridge replaced, broken website links, 15 minute wait times, a chat bot that just asks the same question over and over and over and over. I had to endure an abusive customer service rep, and they wanted $20 over the phone to try and troubleshoot my printer when I know it was a faulty cartridge. 

They should not say limited warranty if they can't fulfill it.
