HelpfulDownloads.com - Helpful Downloads They claim to sell Microsoft Office 365, but you don't get the licensing for it, you are under their licensing umbrella and have to use their account. Scottsdale AZ
I purchased the Microsoft Office 365 from this site, the reviews on the site falsely states it's easy to download, and how great they are. After purchasing the software, this man send you an email with instructions to downoad, the email is signed by just the first name of the person and no company name or phone number. I followed the instructions and found that I have to use their account to utilize outlook, and all the apps that come with this software package.
I cannot create my own account, cannot change profile, they are the admin for the product you purchased and my outlook email is THEIR EMAIL address they provide you with. You cannot change the name of the account, so when sending emails it's a random name they created for you. This is not what I want! Stay away from this site, use a few more dollars and get a ligit product.

Simpley put. . . Nothing - Anywhere - says that You Have to use the email name they give you with the software. . . Make a separate one. I Personally will Not use Outlook for my email, didnt like the format 20 yrs ago, Still dont use it today.
So what's the big deal? USe a different email provider. I dont buy software for the email, I buy it for the programs I prefer to use.

...like you bought a pirated copy of Microsoft Office. Report these people to Microsoft, and the authorities, and have it removed from your PC. And then buy only from the official website. Sorry this happened to you, but it's easy to avoid in the future.
