Complaint Review: Habitat for Humanity - Jupiter Florida

Please take notice that RenuEn Corporation, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, civil action number 6:14cv-1754-ORL-41TBS (the “Action”), due to allegedly false statements about Plaintiffs made by “Von Dickens” and “John Fiore.”  In the Action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for contact information and any other messages that each of you have posted on Ripoff Report under these pseudonyms, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiffs, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Plaintiffs have served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.

You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before December 22, 2014, Whitney C. Gibson, Esq. via email ([email protected]) or facsimile (513-852-7825).

This is the last time i respond to these ridiculous claims. As i have said before, you may have a beef with Jeff Nemes and Renuen Corp, however my girlfriend Rene and myself have absolutely nothing to do with that. I DO NOT work for or with Renuen Corp, and my gf is simply an IT person for the company. Please take off the two reports you filed that have to do us working with Habitat for Humanity!

It is impossible to steal money from the mission we have going. But, you probably didn't even go to our own website, tothetop50.com and do your research before you just wrote this crap on the internet. When you click the link to donate money to Habitat for Humanity on our site, or their site, it links directly to their site and a donation page. That money is handled by Habitat themselves!  

Plus, we are just indepent people that love the outdoors and climb mountains and trek each summer in different parts of the country/world. We were approached with this idea to team up with an awesome cause, Habitat, and said yes in a heartbeat. When we are exhausted, climbing in the backcountry of the Sierras, or volcanoes of the northwest, the thought that our goal could also be helping people in need, motivates us to go further!  

That is it, nothing more. Please donate to the cause!! We would really appreciate you find what our mission is about and help. As far as the issues you have with Renuen, i am only asking politely for you to take off Rene's name from any posts on this site. She is a sweetheart, that was almost in tears when she read what you wrote. Thanks! Now please take her name and pic off that page.

i'm not even sure why i'm responding to this ridiculous post on this website. I don't even know who this person is that posted or what his issue is with the company he is so mad at. My name is Jimmy, and my girlfriend is Rene Woodhead. We like to hike, climb mounatins, and enjoy the wilderness. Working for charity is something i have done in the past in other endevours, and something we will continue to do in the future. When we were approached with the idea to work with Habitat for Humanity, in direct relation to our climbing goals, we were excited to help out a great cause. To even insinuate what you have in your previous post and throw both Rene and myself under the bus, when all we are trying to do is help out our local chapter of Habitat, is laughable.  We are trying to achieve our lilfelong goal of climbing to the highest point of each state in the USA.  Again, i do not know your beef with Jeff Nemes, or his company, but you brought up both my lady and I in this slanderous rant, and now it angers me. Do me a favor and keep us both out of any personal problems you have with that company, and take that post down. I don't even know anything about your problems, or who you are. You will have lots of bad karma for doing this, and i hope you realize that ther are good people in the world, and you shouldn't be so jaded. In the meantime, Rene and I will continue to climb mountains, and be it with Renuen, or someone else, raise money for great story. Grrrrrr....
