I purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade on April 25, 2013.  On such day, I also purchased warranty coverage with GWC for the 2007 Escalade.  Per contract C1440264, the top level Ultra coverage was selected.  

After having several issues with the Escalade that needed to be fixed, and should have been covered by the warranty, I was forced to pay out of pocket for the repairs when GWC denied coverage.  Upon more investigation, I found that GWC entered the coverage incorrectly in their system (as a Standard policy and not an Ultra policy).  GWC acknowledged this and agreed re-imburse me for the repairs. 

Upon GWC’s request, I faxed repair invoice documents to Vince, extension #6144, on May 21st.  I was told that I would be getting a check cut and sent in the mail within days.  After waiting several weeks and receiving nothing, I called GWC again. They then told me that I needed to send the repair invoices via USPS mail, not by fax, and they had no record of my previous conversations with Vince.  Hence I sent the documents via certified mail.  After waiting several weeks again, with no check received, I called GWC again and reached Dominic at extension 6153 on July 2nd.  Again, I was told they had no record or anything and were not sending me a re-imbursement check.  Dominic assured me that he would get the entire thing resolved and the check would be in the mail. On July 7th, I called GWC again to confirm that the check would be in the mail, and they denied any records of previous conversations and stated no check was cut.  On the call July 7th, I spoke with Vince again at extension 6144.  I was then transferred to Adele, the Manager of Accounts Payable.   Again, after receiving not check, I called everybody listed about on July 14th and go no response. 

Folks, GWC is absolutely corrupt, I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau:

These are the individuals I have spoken with at GWC, all of which have lied and said a check was cut and in the mail.  Each time I call back, they have no record of the preciously stated check being cut and sent.
