Very bad POS system, It can not even manage inventory correctly. The CC reader is very picky, the printer works 1 time out of 10 times. It is not only hardware or software, it is the managment as well, they said there were no, min amount for CC trasactions, and that you will be paying 1.59% per swipe. Apperantly there was a minimum of $25 in swip commition that you had to deleiver , "which they would never mention" and better yet, they added that amount on the monthly payment of which they were promising $35 monthly.
I want to cancel and better yet, they came up with cancelation fee of $295 !!! Yes there was no signed contract at all!
they come up with all those rules out of nothing!!!
Beware small business owners,,, do not get stuck with that!
