This company misrepresent what is called a Lease Option to purchase. In the lease it states the renter has the option to purchase the property from the time moved in up to 3 years (term of lease), however that is not the case. The owner of Got Our Home/ National ERA Servicing, LLC and his team states a asking price way above market value, knowing there is not a lender or appraiser who will approve the property above market value. Hence, preventing the renter from purchasing the property as initially stated and intended. I have been trying to purchase this property since moving and was told in 2017 by Stephanie Wright, that the owner will not make a profit, so wait a year. In 2018 I approached Stephanie again with my request to purchase. She told me that the owner wants a specific amount for the property, however she could get me out my lease if I use her as my Real Estate agent. With that said Stephanie and had been shopping for homes.

Got Our Home/National ERA Servicing, request a non-refundable down payment towards the purchase price of the home with the intentions of not selling the properties. When asked to get out of the lease, I was told that I have to pay two months' rent $2,245, an administration fee of $1,000 and lose $1,050 (nonrefundable down payment). After research and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I learned that the owner of the company RJ Palano is not licensed with Georgia Real Estate Commission, so they are running the company under Anthony Salmeri (Broker who is licensed).  I have been approved to purchase a home and I am unable to, because I am stuck in this misleading, fraudulent contract. If I had of known that National ERA Servicing, scam was to not sell the property I would have never entered into such a agreement, let along they do not conduct proper inspections of plan I am paying monthly for or repair anything that is reported to them.  I would not suggest or recommend anyone to this company.
