I had a service done on my vehicle at my mechanics and they noticed a knot on the inside of the tire. I asked them if it was casued form running over something or if it was defective and he said I hadn't run over anything it was defective.

Goodyear who I went round and round with on the phone about coming and fixing it the next day becasue it was flat outside of work, said it was my problem and when I did get the tire over there to be replaced the wouldn't replace it without me paying a diference and it was clear it was defective.

I believe they false advertise road hazzard warranty to a warranty on a tire that is truely defective and should be replaced because it being a bad tire.

They would not honor the warranty

Had the same problem with Goodyear. Bought a set of 4 new tires for my BMW in Cleveland, OH. Was transferred to Columbus. Had a defective tire and went to nearest Goodyear. They would not honor the warranty as had not bought from them there in Columbus. Had to drive back to Cleveland to have tire replaced. Did you go to the Goodyear that sold you the tire? If not, they were probably not a store owned and operated by Goodyear, but just a reseller of their product. I would suggest going back to the original seller, if possible, for the warranty. Good luck.
