I took my car to Goodeal Transmissions Service 15 months ago for a new transmission. They put it in and now 15 months later I am paying for a new transmission again. They did the job, but the car has been back to them two times to correct problems that developed when they installed the transmission.

The radiator was leaking after the job, they did not hook up

the alternator and the car had to be towed back to them. I waited three hours for their tow truck to come. When i arrived at the place the person who runs it was gone and i was left without transportion home.

They called the next day and said the car was fixed. When I asked to be picked up in my car to make sure it was working right I got excuses why they could not do that. I did pick up the car when my husband got home from work. When i was

driving it home it started to make a squealing sound that was not there before and the radiator was completely out of water by the time I reached my house. I took it to Speedy Muffler to have them check it out and a hose was leaking and spraying antifreeze all over the engine. Speedy replaced my hoses but called and told me that the squealing nose I heard was the bolt

holding the motor in the rack. The bolt was not tight and it could come lose and the engine could fall out or worse.

I feel that this business has not done their job right. I had no problems before they put the transmission in. Every time I take it back to get one thing fixed two other things seem to go

wrong. I don't mind paying for a job if it is done right. I feel that I am being taken over by them and I don't know what to do. I have had to miss two days of work because of the car not working right. I am afraid to take it back to them to have them do what is necessary to get my car by to the way it was before they installed the transmission.

They said they road tested the car, but I cannot see how that could be done and not know that there was something wrong. I have put a complaint into the Better Business Bureau, but

I don't know what else to do. Please put this out so other people will not be taken over by this company.
