* Misrepresention - Salesperson, Poor Customer Care+ZERO Loyalty= General Motors



* Strained Communication - Customers receive UNDUE Stress, circled conversations with zero security after conversation is through.



* Mainstream Central - Zero Identification through out conversation with the several transferred voices spoken for a simple question.



* False Documentation - Melissa from leasing department transferred written documentation of false activity I never received.



* How am I supposed to extend a lease when I never received the paperwork?



* Scams, scandals throughout General Motors



* The spare tire was old and bent before the first time I used it, Cadillac Customer Care documented within first year of lease.



* I will never buy another car from General Motors
