Video Computer Store aka Computer Personalities Systems aka vcstore
Video Computer Store is one place I would NEVER do business with again. They sell computers via a TV advertisement.
During the advertisement vcstore, promises "upto" $310 in rebates. If you buy from them you will be luckey to get any rebates at all.
This is like the old bait and switch. I have sent email to the company many times and they keep on saying "it is in the mail". Also you need to subscribe to the skywizard ISP to get $100 in rebates. They send two coupons from skywizard.
It states coupons must be sent after 10 months. Expires after 12 months. It only gives you a two month window!?!?!?!!!!
The computer has been working ok, until today. It did not boot for a while. This is after only 7 months. My old computer is from a local shop. It is a no-name computer and I have used it for 5 years without any problems.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
