   Brent stated," No birth certificate needed, No he does the discount family plan himself online or over the phone, No I do not have access to use another employees account, but if you need me to I can call anyways, all I need is his date of birth, home number and zip. Why? You do not want him to know or something?" I replied, "Bye and hung up!"

   Barb stated," I am only responsible for numbers, I have nothing to do with the buyers information!" I replied," What about the buyers information?" Barb reinformed me she only numbers!"

   Liza stated," No I just see numbers that is all I deal with, I have nothing to do with the final sale!" I questioned the buyers information being unknown is a risk and asked to speak to her zone manager? Liza replied, Are zone manager just left this past Thursday and we have no replacement yet!"
