GE Zurich City Advantage Protection Plans rip-off consumers breach of warranty terrible customer service,no-lemon law, Ha! Dallas Texas
We purchased a hp laptop from circuit city and the salesman, to coincide with another report I read, pushed me to by the city advantage protection plan, what a joke. I have sent my computer to GE FOUR times and nearly every part of my computer has been repaired. I just got it back today 02-21-03 and it is completely fried, it now makes grinding noises when you strike a key or use the mouse, I just turned it on.
This has been the most frustrating one year and a half of my life. I have never been treated so badly by any customer service dept. Their people are hateful and argumentative and want to run a bios test every time you call them, how can you run a bios when your computer won't turn on? I want these people, GE, City Advantage, Whatever you call them to be put out of business. please help me. P.S. Good luck contacting them or finding anything out about GE they make themselves very hard to contact. I will continue with my efforts untill something is done about this rip-off.
