Sent in my laptop in for service on a PS/2 port, The decided to fix the screen and inverter. They did NOT look at the PS/2 port. They broke the upper case housing. They said that could not be fixed even though THEY broke it. They pinched a red wire on the right hand side of the computer. I am getting keyboard errors now and I can not use ANY mouse or even the touchpad on the computer. I can not use my full docking station to try and use the laptop with a different keyboard or mouse. I have contacted Tech support and customer service about this problem.

I have gone though 3 supervisors and a number of technicians. I have to repeat myself about 10 to 15 times before they understand what I am saying. They keep apologizing to me even though I am losing money everyday that the system is down. They do NOT understand that I NEED this system working for my business. I was told that my system was fixed and it was not. They tell me that I will only be talking to ONE technician but I get ANYONE that answers the phone.

It takes them over 15 minutes to read the notes on the repairs. They will not get me the name of the person that worked on my system. They just tell me that the feedback will be sent to their supervisor and them about the MAJOR problems. They talk to me like I am stupid and do not even know about my system. They do not even know if they will be able to fix my system or if they are going to replace it.
