Gateway Computers ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota
I bought a system from them 2 years ago.They sent me a used system.They even said the system I was to get was gouing to a trailer park.I was to get an 18 inch veiewable moniter with a cd-cdrw...I did not get the system..I got thre syste that was being sent in to be refurbished for someone else and that person got my new system.
I tried from the beginning to have them set things right. They said they would send me a new system,then I could send this old one back to them. Their are files on this computer that can verify that it is an old computer,and not what I ordered. They have threatened to sue me for not paying for a system that I did not order..for a used system.
They promised to make it right with me and they never did.But,they ruin my credit for their mistake.that they never made correct. I was on them from the beginning and all I got was a run around. This is not fair to me. If,I was to have had the system I ordered I would pay for it gladly. But not for something that was already over 2 years old when I got it.
There are plenty of old files on here that prove what I have said. They know it was on its way to a trailer park ,when I almost did not get It. I still have the orginal box it cme in that proves it to.
