Any Gateway computer product that is out of original warranty is referred to the MPC corp. for software and hardware support. That company is in bankruptcy. No one answers the phone. There's nobody there. You will punish yourself when getting extended support if you buy gateway. I just needed motherboard specifications to find out what my lap top upgrades are. I cannot get that info. There is just a redundant array of recordings on the phone. The local computer repair shop can only find out by trial and error what my options are. This is crazy. And I've built computers! If you are out of warranty, have fun. There are much better companies out there that offer lifelong support for your computer. This is not the one. You don't need this after warranty hassle.
