Frys Electronics Scams Customers & Sells Defective Products!
I spend thousands of dollars a year at Frys Electronics. But not anymore! I recently purchased a $35 ink cartridge from Frys Electronics. When I got home and put it in the printer, I found it was defective. So I brought it right back to return it and they said TOUGH! They don't return any ink cartridges REGARDLESS of whether or not the product is faulty. I told the extremely rude manager that the cartridge was full and she said "it feels empty to me." So basically she was accusing me of lying! I told her I spend thousands of dollars there a year and was not going to shop there anymore and she said "whatever."
