I Could Not Afford To Go On The Net With A Pay-For ISP. On April 14th, I Signed Up For, And Started Useing The Freewwweb.com Free ISP. I set Up The Local Phone #315-955-6220. (I Have These Settings Backed-Up To Prove They were Set Up Correctly)

On April 24th I Got My Phone Bill, Only To Be Shocked By The Sudden Long Distance Charges Which Began On April 22nd. Without A Notice/Warning To Me, Freewwweb Started Connecting Me Through The Phone #315-292-6220 Which Is From Utica NY.(Long Distance)

My Phone Bill Was Cut At The End Of The Month Of April, Which Means That I Was Also Most Likely Charged With Other Long Distance Rates That I Am Not Yet Aware Of. I Have Tried To Contact Their Company On The Web, Only To Get No Resopnse. I Am Very Upset About A $591.00 Phone Bill I Can Not Pay, And Would Like Freewwweb To Square Me With The Phone Company.

How Can They Advertise As A Free Provider? If You Can Not Help Me Settle This Matter, At Least Warn Others That This Might Happen To Them. I Stopped Useing Them The Day I Got The Bill. This Is Too Bad, As I Like Their Service And Features Very Much, And Would Not Have Ever Changed To Another Provider Had This Not Happened. Thank You Very Much For Your Time And Effort On My Behalf.
