Beware of a charge they slip in called a loyalty bonus.They make you think they are giving you something for your loyalty but in-fact you are getting cheated.I have had a hotspot for several years with the 500 mb plan for $3.99 per month then a few months ago they increased the price to $5.99 but then something weird started showing up on my charges.I would see the 500mb charge for the new increased price of $5.99 but in a separate charge it would show a $1.00 charge for an added 50mb's and it would show loyalty bonus but i did the math on that extra 50mb's and it came out that that extra 50mb's was costing me double of what i was paying per mb for the 500mb's so i contacted freedom pop and told them i did not want the extra 50mb's and was told it would not be on my next bill but it was still there the next 2 months so i canceled my service.
