Free Disk Space a free online file storage provider, a joke
I joined Free Disk Space and was allocated 300 meg. of space to store my files, I did this to free up my limmited space on my local hard drive. I was able to upload my files, however I noticed the site sponsor advertisements were not workiong properly. I assumed this was a minor problem that would be corrected. I tried a test upload and download just for my own satisfaction and all appeared to work. After the stress of trying to retreive myfiles for the past week I have most of them back, however many key files representing orig. files used to install upgrades etc. can not be downloaded, I am told the files are not found in the folder I setup. I sent many requests to the powers to be asking for assistance with very little responce. I am still waiting for an answer I posted to them last week. In my opnion this is one of the worst run sites on the net, and if I ever get my subject files back I will never contact them again, nor will I purchase anything from their spponsors.
This is all of the info. Ihave been able to garner so far, My contact mostly has been with the CEO Ricky Aaron, although I :cc to others on the list. This is the list etc.
