Franklin Collection Services Takes Your Money and Hides! Rip-off! Tupello Mississippi
I recently paid Franklin Collection Services in February of 2004. Now it is May of 2004 and they will not send a receipt of any kind. I have called them about this and they state that they need atleast 60 days to send out any confirmation of payment as they may get payments back due to stopped payments or NSF's.
I have sent them a copy of bank statement showing that this cleared my bank several weeks ago. I have had a mortage company attempt to contact them by fax and phone with an authorization for them to release the information. However, Franklin Collection Services has not responded to their 8 requests over a period of one month. My application has now been put on hold as I wait for the only deliquent account on my credit to be updated.
