FormalFashion.com - returned item, never recieved money back *REBUTTAL ..It is not true.
Back in March 2000 I ordered a dress off of the website FormalFashion.com for my prom. The website said it would be shipped promptly in two days, and since my prom wasn't until May, I figured I had plenty of time. A month went by and I still didn't recieve my dress. When I finally got it, the day before the prom, I returned it since it didn't look like the dress that I ordered from the website and since it was so late.
I've repeatedly emailed and called the company over this. I get no responce on email and when I call they always say they'll get back to me. It's been over 7 months and I still haven't recieved my money back from this company. Please help!!
