they promised to complete a simple repair within a certain time period, but when the car was suppossed to be done, they had yet to so much as start on it. Thier only excuse was that they hadn't gotten around to it yet, and they seemed totally apathetic to the interuption it caused in others' lives by having the car unfinished for more than twenty four hours past the originally agreed upon deadline.
