Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I salute all who took the time to write about their experiences with inferior and faulty Ford vehicles and deceitful and deceptive Ford dealerships. I too have a piece of junk, aka, a Ford vehicle. I too have been ripped off by Ford Motor company who have sold defective and unreliable vehicles and refuse to do anything about it. It irks me to see Ford advertisements that contine to pass off their disgraceful, unreliable, faulty and defective products.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and have extensively maintained it. However, this has not helped as regular maintenance does not cover major defects in the vehicle. One of many major problems with the 2002 Explorer is trransmission failure. If you visit carcomplaints.com, you will see all of the problems that Ford and other car manufacturers have with their products. You can also file a complaint there as well.

Additionally, I have peeling paint issues which I reported to Ford and as I read in another complaint, I was given their "canned" responses that basically said, "We have your money now, so it's your problem". I have worn out bushings that make my vehicle feel like it's a roller coaster. I have windows that squeal when you roll them up and down. Previously the driver side window went down but never came up. The problem was a broken motor that controls the windows. Had to pay for these things.

Fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty and had to pay the deductible instead of full price of repair. This still does not alleviate my frustration knowing I have junk on my hands. I too wrote an angry e-mail to Ford. I let them know that I was a first time Ford owner and that I would never buy a Ford again. Of course, they could care less.

It's like I said earlier, they have your hard earned money and now you have their junk which is a money pit. For all of the money you have to put out to fix the car, you could have purchased a vehicle with a better track record than Ford. People, please don't let the purpose of this website go without merit. It is very informational and helpful in that people can do research on products and companies before making purchases or doing business with them.

Please continue to write, complain, disredit these products and companies and remain hopeful that one day it will pay off. Hopefully, one day we will read that Ford has gone out of business! Thanks for reading.

Sludgefest 2008. It will expose Toyota and Ford in a very large demonstration in Denver, Colorado! Everyone who has any type of complaint can attend Sludgefest 2008 and voice their disgust about ANY Auto Manufacturer or Auto Dealer. We'll make it an event that will create opinions, NEGATIVE OPINIONS! And we all know what NEGATIVE OPINIONS can do, Quote: 'Events don't cause corporations to collapse. It's the opinions of the events that trigger the collapse.' - Harvard Business Professor ( he said that to his class in November and December of 2004. I know this because my brother-in law was in that class.) He (my brother-in law) is a CEO of a corporation back in Pittsburgh, PA who is worth well over 30 MILLION DOLLARS! There are more things that the Harvard Business Professor said too! It will all come out! It's time to empower the people. EXPOSE THE CEO'S!!

Ford products designed & built during Nasser's reign WERE poor.

Bill Ford replaced Nasser c2001 until Mr. Ford could find a suitable CEO to turn Ford around. Go look at the NHTSA crash test photos of the 1997 - 2003 (Nasser) F150, and then look at the (Bill Ford) 2004 to present F150 NHTSA crash test photos.
