Order: W00937770035342

I place a $162.94 order of flowers on 05.05.2016, and gifts to be delivered on 05.06.2016. The transaction was conducted on their website where I received confirmation that the delivery would be made on the afore mentioned date. The delivery did not arrive. I was not contacted save an email sent 9:00am est the following morning. I contacted customer service department. In short, I was told that the florist would have the delivery completed Saturday 05.07.2016.

I informed them that the recipient would not be available on Saturday to receive gifts on premise, and rescheduled for Tuesday 05.10.2016. Again, recipient did not receive gifts. Called again, told that florist had order enroute. Again, no receipt. Today it's Wed 05.11.2016, and still no receipt. 

I was told today that an order could be made through another florist. I've lost faith in their service - demanding refund, and recommend NOONE uses their services.

In short,

- Mother's day suprise ruined,

- Loss of $162.94

- Recipient disappointed, and confused

- Disallusioned, upset, and disgusted with service

- Will NEVER EVER use this service again

- Will advertise deceptive practice BBB, and this portal.



Resolution? Full refund of order, and a formal apology.
