Purchased a new ATX case complete with everything inside, except
for the video card, and CD-rom. On Feb 99. The dealer assembled it.
Since that date the A-Trend 5220 mother board died, dealer said
send it back to A-Trend even though he sold it to me. Processor fan died and the power box fan is going out. Dealer has a 30 day
warranty. His last reply on the power box is he would sell me
another one for $50 and install it for free.
This system is only 7 months old. Dealer informed me by e-mail this evening that he now has a 9 day warranty on parts.
Update 10-19-99. Dealer offered to give me another 5220 board but with no warranty. Instead I took a used 14 inch VGA monitor.
Being I already replaced the mother board with a Gigabyte board.
Update 3-22-2000. Still no response from Fleming. The floppy drive died yesterday. Another piece of junk replaced.. I have had to replace all the parts that came with the system.

Customer made report before contacting us. and his problem was resolved a long time ago. I wish people would correct eronious reports. I wish your site and all consumers all the best.
