In February 2012 we started the process of a short sale with Flagstar with an offer from our renters. By September 2012 we found out Flagstar had rejected their offer and closed our short sale account without telling us! We didn't even get a chance to make a counteroffer. This upset our renters so they moved out and we weren't able to get another renter.

So we had to process a deed in lieu of foreclosure in January 2013. It took them until August 2013 to send us the documents to sign and notarize and send back to them.

Well, they LOST those documents and resent the documents in January 2014. We found out in March 2014 they LOST those documetns too and had to resend them.

Here is July 2014 and we found out they LOST those documents too and need to resend them again.

Keep in mind, each time we called them and they told us they had the documents in hand and they were processing them. Even told us (read, LIED to us) and said the documents had been sent to the lawyers and would record by the end of April 2014....we talked to their lawyers too and they said they never received the documents and Flagstar hadn't been paying their bills!!!! 

I've put in two complaints to the Federal Compliance Bureau and they have been zero help!!! ANY lawyers that can help - PLEASE HELP!!!!!
