First USA Business Development has been a complete waste of time and money.  I realize that financial results are not guaranteed; however, a level of service and subject matter expertise should be provided, if not demanded.  After paying $7185 for a website, coaching, and marketing, I have yet to receive any valuable products or services.

The "custom" website that was promised is amateur and mass-produced.  Whenever I speak to the staff, including the company's owner Todd Myers, I only hear excuses, delays, and apologies.  On four occassions, Todd has missed phone appointments; only once did someone call on his behalf.  For a period of several months, very few calls or messages were ever returned.

The staff is routinely unprepared and unprofessional; they only solicit for additional marketing.  Why should I invest more money toward marginal products and bad service?  I have yet to receive one dollar from this debacle; I am seeking a full refund, which does not compensate for my valuable time.

Although I'm not certain if these practices constitute fraud, I have no doubt that First USA Business Development is guity of deceptive tactics and misrepresentation.

Client Claims he has paid $7,185.00.  Client paid $1,500.00 down and we offered  financing payments of in the amount of $4,723.00. Which he accepted during the compliance phase of the agreement.    In April of this year, client informed us that he was having financial difficulties, so to assist the client, we extended his next payment with his financing 90 days, to give him time to get back on his feet.

Client states that he has yet to receive valuable services.  First, here is a link to the clients completed Website: columbusprocessing.com.  Client began with an affiliate type website that he later decided that he did not like, we upgraded him to another for free.   We have set up marketing through many avenues including the social media sites of Facebook and Twitter.  We have trained the client on posting, and our last post came on April 30, but the client has failed to continue the social media marketing on his own.

According to Whois his site is working with a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Score of 96%.

WHOIS-WHOIS is a query and response protocol that is widely used for querying databases that store the registered users or assignees of an Internet resource, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system, but is also used for a wider range of other information. The protocol stores and delivers database content in a human-readable format.

Our contract states that we will assist the clients in any way possible and according to their signed  Terms and Conditions they have up to one full year to raise a dispute.   This client has now issued a complaint over a year after the inception of the agreement, which does make it more difficult to keep up with, being that this complaint is coming 14 months after the initial agreement.  Our records indicate that we have had correspondence, attempted and/or left messages over 40 times, which show much effort on our part to stay in contact with and work with the client.  In order for any business to succeed, participation on the part of the owner is required for success. This is also stated in the Terms and Conditions signed by the client, so they do know this from the beginning.  However, with that being said, we let all clients know that we will ALWAYS be here to assist them with their websites or with any other assistance they may need.  We place no timeline on how long they can contact us for assistance.

Earlier this year we mailed a Refund Outcome Letter as a response to the client cancelling his program.   As of today, we have never received a response to this letter.

Many of our clients do achieve  success and by no means are our practices fraudulent as claimed by the client.  Clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions:  “FirstUSA assumes no responsibility for the results achieved by the Client from using the Services.   FirstUSA does not represent or   guarantee any increased sales,  revenues, profits or success due to the Services provided to   Client.   FirstUSA also does not  guarantee any particular search engine ranking, traffic,  and/or   placement in any search engines.   FirstUSA does not authorize anyone to make warranties or   guarantees on its behalf that are inconsistent with this Agreement.”

We have again reached out to this client and are awaiting a reply.
