First Financial Investment Fund v llc, is a zombie debt collection agency. They violate the FDCPA by never contacting individuals of alleged debts and then later suing them in court without ever giving the person a chance to dispute said debt.
They will discuss such erroneous debt with 3rd party sources without ever contacting the alleged person who supposedly owes the debt. They purchase phantom debts for pennies on the dollar then without validating its accuracy, they sue hoping to gain any type of financial judgement because they work on sliding scale commissions.
This company has several complaints with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) which upon anyones research will find they have several instances of not notifying people of alleged debt then suing them without ever contacting them via mail, email, telephone or any other method.
First Financial Investment Fund V llc will try to ruin a persons credit, reputation as well as create false statements in order to collect on Zombine/Phantom debts which are old, uncollectable and most importantly invalid.
